7-day returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• A valid receipt or order number is required.
• Installation services and consumables are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Personal care and oral care products for hygiene reasons.
• Custom-ordered or commercial equipment.
• Products damaged by incorrect installation or power surges.
